Horrible case of dog abuse!Question:Two teenagers have been sentenced to 10 years in prison. They cooked a puppy in an oven...alive. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17074960/ Afterwards, they showed the dead puppy to the neighborhood kids. They threatened to kill the children if they told anyone. How horrible! Poor puppy. And could you imagine those children, being forced to witness something like this? It makes me so mad. Some people aren't worth the oxygen they breathe. Answer: OMG, that is disgusting and horrifying. That poor puppy. What a way to go :(. I feel sick... ~Tucker Answer: I sure am sickened at what that poor puppy suffered but am relieved that they got the sentence they did. One only hopes they serve every bit of it too. I worry about people like that because if they can be that cruel to an animal and then threaten children do we as a society ever want them to see the light of day again ? I certianly don't !!!! I fear their criminal tendencies will go further and that may be a child baked to death next. This is how Jeffrey Dahlmer started out !!!! Answer: I wish i did not read that. I feel so disgusted as to what they dog. These kids ned to be locked up for life, they are a danger to society. And will kill some one eventually. Answer: That's horrendous and despicable. :(:(:( Answer: Thats just soooo very sad :(. Answer: I hate stories like this. A few years back, my friend told me of his friend who basically smashed a cats head against a brick wall and well yeah... it's one of those things that I just tell myself never really happened. That story gives me the shivers, I stopped reading half way through. I am just glad that they are being punished. Answer: That is just *Disgusting*! :( I can't believe how sick people can be.... That poor, poor puppy... :( I feel for the children too... Answer: 10 years in prison? Scum like that aren't worth tax dollars. They better hope they never run into me on the street . . . What a horrible death for that poor puppy. :( Answer: I wish i did not read that. I feel so disgusted as to what they dog. These kids ned to be locked up for life, they are a danger to society. And will kill some one eventually. not necasarily. but their parents should be shot! i am not saying that cooking a puppy is okay or acceptable. its ****ing disgusting! but the point is, bad kids arn't born. they are made. i bet you anything they have been abused or neglected in soem way. i think they should be investigating the parents and locking them away. my mum works in mental health and she has to deal with kids that have been abused, raped, molested, beaten and such. and anyone considered a "bad" kid, you can always track it down to the parents. a kid that runs away or fights with their parents is just learning their way but a kid that cooks a dog seriusly needs help. i feel like crap about the dog and these kids. noone should have to do that ever! Answer: on the golf course in darwin, comeone got 2 cats, skinned them and pulled their guts out throught their ass. people never cease to amaze me how cruel they are Answer: ^^I have heard so many horrible stories of cat abuse like this in Australia. Recent news story of a cat serial killer (not for the weak hearted): http://news.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=182779 This one is in Palmerston, is that near you mrose? I haven't heard any updates, but I really hope this person is caught and jailed for life. Answer: I hope those two rot in jail. Thats nothing to do to a poor defencless puppy, and to make children see it! Answer: I told myself NOT to look.. that is horrible. Ugh, I feel sick to my stomach. I'm gonna go hug my boys... Answer: ^^I have heard so many horrible stories of cat abuse like this in Australia. I find it interesting that you of all people could stick up for people who commit such horrific acts of abuse. "Noone should have to do that"? They didn't HAVE to do that. Anyone with half a brain and half a heart would know how cruel that is. If they were 10, I'd say yes, the parents should be held responsible. But they're 17 and 19. Most people that age want to consider themselves adults. Adults should be responsible for their own actions, whether or not they did it because they were "lashing out". If people are so severely mentally disturbed that they don't know what they're doing, they need to spend some time in a hospital and get intensive help. And they still need to face the consequences for what they did. Letting people off the hook for causing such terrible suffering to an animal isn't acceptable IMO. One of my good friends was horrifically abused, in and out of foster homes for the first 15 years of her life. She's now 21 and has bipolar disorder and rage issues, but she'd NEVER do something like that. Yes, one's past might have something to do with it, but most of it lies in their heart. Answer: That is so awful :( I am glad that they did go to jail, though... I am so sick of seeing animal abusers get off free. I completely agree. . .I have lived with abuse and I have severe effects coming back at me for what happened a long time ago and I would NEVER EVER do something like that. NEVER.
